Since we work on a first pay first serve basis a 50% of the total price charged as deposit at reservation to confirm the booking.

3 Months notice 100% refund
1-2 Months 50%
Under 1 month no refund and you are responsible for the full booking amount.
Extra guests
If you have an extra guest we need prior notification and the applicable rate will be charged and must be paid before the stay.
A guest visiting in your room is treated as a paying guest like yourself - please use area allocated for visitors when having a short stay guest for half an hour during daytime.
We have only one normal parking per room.
